Instructions:
1) Download and extract contents into some folder.
2) Connect USBasp to PC. Go to Device Manager, locate “USPasp”. Right click and select “Update Driver” .
3) Browse for extracted folder and proceed as usual.
4) “Windows Security” warning will appear. Select “Install this driver software anyway” and proceed.

Jan 31, 2018 Step 3 - Install Windows to the new PC. Connect the USB flash drive to a new PC. Turn on the PC and press the key that opens the boot-device selection menu for the computer, such as the Esc/F10/F12 keys. Select the option that boots the PC from the USB flash drive. Windows Setup starts. Follow the instructions to install Windows. USBasp is a USB in-circuit programmer for Atmel AVR controllers. It simply consists of an ATMega88 or an ATMega8 and a couple of passive components. The programmer uses a firmware-only USB driver, no special USB controller is needed. Works under multiple platforms. Linux, Mac OS X and Windows are tested.
